6 King Prawns , pan fry it on both sides, season it with sea salt and rapeseed chili oil add 1 teaspoon of diced fresh garlic and red chillies (or crushed chillies)

Toss it all together then add squeeze of lemon juice, 50ml of cooking white wine, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic butter.

Cook it for about 1 min to reduce the sauce and to get correct consistency.

Finish it off with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
